We provide a 3-Day Notice or verify that the one you used is proper with Idaho Code. We then set up the fastest time table available within the law to get a Writ of Restitution of Premises from the Judge. We will prepare all the Complaints, Summons, Affidavits, Memorandums, Judgments, and Writs. All necessary documents are filed in Court and served on the Tenant. While all this is going on you can follow the process online by checking the Status Page. When the Hearing date arrives, one of our Attorneys will be with you to present the case before the Judge. If needed, we will take the signed Writ from the Judge, and take it to the County Sheriff's office for it to be executed. (This is an additional cost depending on county fees: $115 for Ada county and $100 for Canyon county).
